Signs your windows are due
- Fog or moisture between the panes (a failed seal)
- Drafts, rattling, or rooms that will not stay cool
- Windows that stick, will not lock, or are hard to open
- Rotting or warped frames, or water getting in around the window
- Single-pane glass or aluminum frames that feel hot to the touch in summer
- Dated frames or grids that no longer fit the look you want
What we install
- Energy-efficient glass — Low-E, argon-filled glass helps block solar heat while letting in light.
- Custom fit — windows sized for your openings, including older homes with non-standard sizes.
- Maintenance-free trim — Brava composite trim to finish the exterior cleanly.
- Entry doors — if you are updating windows, we can replace exterior doors in the same project.
- Impact-rated glass — laminated impact windows are an option. See impact windows.
Windstorm inspection near the coast
All of Galveston County (League City and the Galveston County side of Friendswood) and all of Brazoria County (most of Pearland) are in the state’s designated windstorm area. There, new windows generally need to be approved products, installed to the windstorm code and inspected for a WPI-8 certificate from TDI. Webster and Houston’s Clear Lake area are outside that area. Check your address on TDI’s map and we will plan the job around it.

Frequently Asked Questions
Should I replace all my windows at once?
Not necessarily. Many homeowners start with the worst windows or the hottest side of the house. Doing them together can be more efficient, and we can quote it both ways.
What does Low-E glass do?
Low-E (low-emissivity) glass has a thin coating that reflects heat. In a hot climate it helps keep solar heat out, which can make rooms more comfortable.
Do you replace windows in older homes?
Yes. We custom-fit windows for older homes, including openings that are not standard sizes.
